Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹500 ship free. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹50, calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on our courier partners.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details so you can follow its progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delays & Undelivered Orders

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier network issues, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund.
